Desire to determine more about the Carbon Tax (or Tax Shift), but desire to skitter hours exploring articles on the Internet? So lead out to 30 Days ‘ Carbon Tax Explicated” Café this Monday, May 12 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the BCIT downtown campus.

You’ll find out the essentials of this tentative tax from panelists Graham Whitmarsh, Head, BC Climate Action Secretariat, James Tansey, CEO and Co-founder of Offsetters.ca, Jotham Peters, Consultant, MK Jaccard and Associates, SFU School of Resource and Environmental Management. Kevin Washbrook of Voters Learning Action on Climate Change will curb this panel.

And so make going to 30 Days’ ‘Sustainability in Schools - More than swooning bulbs and a Prius’ event happening at King George Lowly School, 1755 Barclay Street (at Denman St.) on Tuesday, May 13th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
